As part of a 12-month monitoring engagement we attended three conferences in the US and EU. During the conferences we provided the client with comprehensive daily debriefs which included primary insights and analysis of new data presentations.
Insights
The project provided the client team with insights into their main competitor’s clinical strategy and regulatory/launch timelines. This helped the team to anticipate and plan for future competition in the space, and to gauge likely positioning and messaging that competitors will use at launch.
